Bookings

Can I cancel my booking?

As long as you notify us 10 days before the tour date, cancellation of booking is free of charge and we will give you the full refund of the portion paid for the tour package minus hotel and flight costs and additional purchases. However, any less than 10 days, there would be partial refund based on table 1.1 below. ​

However, there would be no refund if you cancel it 3 days or less, before the tour date. We charge an extra administrative fee of $50 flat for cancellation of booking, whether it is group cancellation or individual cancellation, fixed tour packages or free and easy.

If you bought insurance or other additional purchases, it is non-refundable.​

As for the cost of hotel and flight, we will do our best to get back the whole refund for you. We will charge you the administrative fee for refunds if any. Airline usually charges a total of S$125.00 for each ticket cancelled. A no-show fee of S$150 will be charged if you cancel a day before. For hotel refunds, it is not guaranteed, depending on the hotel. There is still a chance that you may not get any refund at all. However, if there is a person booking the same tour after you cancel your booking, we would transfer the place you booked to him and will then be able to give you full refund.

For free and easy packages, refund of cost and flight is the same as above stated. If you booked drivers or vehicles, the same rule applies - we would try our best to get back the full refund but it is not guaranteed. However, the remaining booking and administrative fee will be non-refundable.​

How long will it take for my refund to process?

A: Airline refunds can take up to 9 months to process. However, we will give you the refund of whatever amount that is refundable and refunded to us within 15 days, if any. The rest of the refund, such as airline refunds or even hotel refunds which may take longer than 15 days to process, will be given to you immediately once processed and received by us.​

Does the tour package come with insurance or do I have to purchase it separately?

Our tour package comes with the full package, including insurance. However, our free and easy packages only comes with flight and hotel stay. You can add an additional purchase of our tour insurance under 'Other Products' if you would like to purchase insurance through us. You are strongly encouraged to purchase insurance in case of unexpected events.

What are the payment methods for booking of tour packages? Do I have to pay the full amount once I check out or do I pay a deposit only?

We only accept paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, you can sign up here. It is fast and easy. We will charge you the full amount once you check out.

In case of unexpected situations

What if my flight is overbooked?

Refused boarding happens when airlines overbook flights against no-show passengers. This is usually more common for budget airlines. This has nothing to do with travel agents. Different airlines offer passengers different compensation.

 

However, you are strongly encouraged to contact the travel agent in charge of your tour/booking. His mobile number would be given to in the payment confirmation e-mail sent to you after making your booking with us. After contacting him, he would help you to find another flight as soon as possible. However, all charges has to be paid by you. We do not offer any compensation unless you bought insurance from us.

I booked a free & easy trip with an agent including a hotel stay, but the hotel could not find my booking. Now what?

​We would have already e-mailed you a receipt of your booking from your travel agent. Show this to the hotel and let them call the agency to check if the booking went through.
 
In the worst case, if your booking did not go through and the hotel is full, find another hotel, pay first and keep the receipts. When you come back, we will reimburse for the booking and compensate for mental stress if this was caused by our negligience. However, do give us time to investigate with the hotel and handling agents.

What if my tour is cancelled?

Tours may be cancelled because of insufficient bookings, passenger cancellations or rejected visa applications. Airlines could also cancel flights because of weather conditions or safety considerations.
 
In the event when your agent cancels a tour, they will normally inform all passengers two weeks in advance and refund the money in full if alternatives offered are rejected.

However, if it is cancelled at the last minute, such as due to weather considerations, we would try to arrange for alternative sightseeing to make up for it. Your safety comes first. If flights are cancelled at the last minute, we would try our best to book another flight as soon as possible.

What if I miss a tour because I oversleep, or fall sick?

If you miss a tour due to your own negligence, your agent can try to arrange for you to meet the group at a later time, in another place. However, you must bear the cost of re-issuing your ticket (subject to seat availability).
 
We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance, so that if you cannot travel due to health problems, you can produce your medical certificate and the insurance company can process a refund. The amount is determined by the policy purchased and on a case-by-case basis.
 
If you cannot travel due to serious family emergencies, we can try to obtain a compassionate refund for you. However, this is also on a case-by-case basis and depends on the number of days' in advance notice is received.
